Our story
Every year, thousands of local events across the Lower Mainland and the rest of Canada lose a meaningful chunk of their revenue to ticketing platforms that weren't built for them. Service fees that frustrate buyers. Payouts that take weeks. Support tickets that go unanswered.
We got tired of watching that happen.
TicketSnap was built from the ground up right here in BC - by people who've sat in the stands, worked the gate, and helped run local events. We understood the problem because we'd lived it.
